After coming to Instagram, open your profile and click on three lines.

तीन लाइन पर आने के बाद आपको बहुत सारे ऑप्शन देखने को मिल जाएगा लेकिन आपको your activity को सेलेक्ट करना है।
After coming to your activity, click on recently deleted option.
Your activity पर आने के बाद recently deleted ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करें।
When you come to the recently deleted option, all your deleted posts, reels, and stories will be visible to you there, then you can also bring them back, just select the post or reel you want to bring back. Click on the three dots and click on Restore. And bring back your deleted posts, reels, and stories.
Recently deleted ऑप्शन पर आने पर आपका जो भी डिलीटेड पोस्ट, रील, और स्टोरी होगी वो सभी आपको वही पर दिख जाएगा , फिर आप इन्हें वापस भी ला सकते हैं सिर्फ आप जिस भी पोस्ट या रील को वापस लाना चाहते हैं उसे सेलेक्ट करें साइड में तीन डॉट पर क्लिक करें और रिस्टोर पर क्लिक करें । और अपने डिलीट पोस्ट ,रील ,और स्टोरी को वापस लाए।
